This fitness class will be held weekly by a certified fitness instructor. The class consists of breathing, stretching and strengthening exercises, primarily working on the core to prepare the body for labor/delivery. You must register for each day you plan to attend.

Yoga Mama - Prenatal Yoga
This yoga class will be held weekly by a certified yoga instructor. The class uses postures, breathing, and meditation to help ease pregnancy, delivery, and the after effects of birth. The classes create strength, focus, flexibility and awareness through a gentle practice designed especially for the pregnant woman's needs. You must register for each day you plan to attend.
Please check with your physician to ensure that you are cleared to attend. A consent/waiver needs to be signed prior to the start of class.
